My career began in high-pressure environments as a Registered Nurse, where I developed a deep understanding of how to navigate complexity and lead under pressure. I later transitioned into entrepreneurship, building and scaling a multi-seven figure business from the ground up.
Now, through Called to Elevate, I help visionary founders create businesses that are clear, efficient, and aligned. Whether we are refining your systems, restructuring your operations, or developing a sustainable growth plan, I bring structure to your vision and strategy to your goals.

When I’m not supporting entrepreneurs or building something new, I’m at home in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with my husband Coty, our two daughters, and our two Boston Terriers. I love to cook, travel, listen to music, explore the outdoors and spend time with my family.
